Step 1 is to conduct an export survey and set specific sales targets. After this, the export manager will attract new customers, visit trade fairs, negotiate, and as a result generate more turnover for your business. The extent of self-control and the number of hours are set beforehand to achieve best results. We usually start our collaboration with clients for a minimum of 6 months. Our compensation is based on a fixed monthly fee based on the number of days we work for you.
